Our talented service staff is on hand to offer drive-in service for local customers, but our commitment to servicing our customers doesn’t stop at the Chattanooga city limits. We provide exceptional support for the products we sell, and we will do what it takes to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
NFE trucks are all over the USA, and we’re committed to supporting each one of them. Our talented field service team is available to come to you should you have service needs that demand it. Our parts department has deep experience with the equipment we sell, and we maintain an extensive inventory of parts on hand at our Chattanooga facility. If we don’t have what you need in stock, we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
From commonly ordered crane parts like winch cables and wear pads to custom-made hydraulic hoses, our Parts team has the pieces you need to get your revenue-producing work truck back up and out on the job working for you and your customers.
We also stock add-on items for your truck like welders & leads, vises, strobe lights, tool boxes, wheel chocks, and even air compressors. And if we don’t have it in stock, we’ll get it for you quickly!
