IMT Mechanics Bodies & Telescopic Cranes
IMT offers a range of service truck bodies and cranes to fit any need. From 10000lb hydraulic cranes and 14' bodies on Class VII chassis to lighter duty Class IV or V chassis with electric cranes, our status as an IMT "Diamond Authority Dealer" means we can provide this top of the line equipment at the most competitive pricing, and our NFE Custom Worktruck Solutions can be added to any truck to meet the specific needs of GA Power technicians. From custom-colored rollout tool drawers to in-house LineX protective coating application and all the way to customer decal application and wrapping, we want the trucks we build for you to be ready to work when they leave our shop.
In addition to crane and body options, we offer many air compressor solutions as well-- from gas drive and fully hydraulic compressors to the versatile Miller EnPak power system. We offer many compressor options and can mount them wherever you feel is their most productive location.

Stellar Industries Mechanics Trucks
In addition to IMT, NFE is proud to offer another premium line of mechanics trucks in Stellar Industries. Working with Stellar allows us to offer two top-tier lines of service bodies and cranes for our customers. Stellar offers many innovative solutions for their bodies and cranes, and specifically, they are industry leaders when it comes to incorporating aluminum into their products. Stellar's aluminum crane bodies offer the same durability and longevity as their steel counterparts, but offer significant weight savings. Recently, Stellar began introducing aluminum cranes into the market, offering further weight savings for customers. These, among other innovations, have make Stellar one of the more progressive manufacturers in our industry, and we're excited to offer their quality products to our customers.
IMT Articulating Cranes
Our crane offerings go well beyond corner-mount telescopic cranes. When large lifts and long reaches are required, NFE offers the full line of IMT Articulating (Knuckleboom) cranes as well as custom flatbed bodies ideally suited for large utility applications.
Prinoth Tracked Vehicles
One of the more versatile utility offerings in the NFE product line is the Prinoth line of rubber-tracked vehicles. These powerful carriers can go virtually anywhere and can accommodate nearly any implement -- cranes, aerial lifts, dump bodies, digger derricks, and personnel carriers. They are even ideally suited for hook-lift applications (also offered at NFE) which would allow for the same vehicle to quickly and easily swap bodies and equipment.
Elliott Equipment High Reach Aerial Lifts & Digger Derricks
One of our oldest manufacturer relationships is with the Elliott Equipment Company of Omaha, NE. Elliott is the industry leader in high-reach aerial lifts and digger derricks that can be truck-mounted or installed on the Prinoth vehicles (seen above) to get the job done quickly, no matter the terrain. We have extensive experience with the Elliott products in large utility applications and our utility customers have been extremely pleased with their performance and durability.
Hooklifts by Stellar Industries & Palfinger
Hooklifts are without question among the most versatile products in the industry, and NFE offers quality hooklifts from both Stellar Industries as well as Palfinger. The hooklift concept allows one truck swap between bodies and equipment quickly and easily -- a dump body, a flatbed, a service bed, a lube platform, or any custom solution we can help you realize. Simply put, one truck and one driver can answer many calls with the hooklift platform, and with Palfinger and Stellar, we can offer you the two industry leaders in this field.
Light Duty Solutions
In addition to larger mechanics trucks, NFE also specializes in customized lighter duty solutions for our customers who maintain small service trucks in their fleets. We offer lighter-duty IMT DSC bodies (with or without electric cranes) as well as Reading utility bodies. As with our larger trucks, we offer many innovative custom additions to help maximize productivity when larger crane trucks are not required. The recent evolution of products like Miller's EnPak A30 has only increased the versatility of such lighter-duty solutions, and NFE can work with you to create the best fit for your company.
Lube & Fuel Solutions
In addition to field service crane trucks, we also specialize in customized fuel & lube solutions for our customers -- from heavy duty tandem smaller Class V lube units from Elliott Machine Works all the way down to custom-designed pickup skids, we will work with you to find the best solutions for your company's PM needs.
Should you have a need for smaller skid systems in crane trucks, we can also work with you to find the optimal placement for reels in order to maximize available space and further increase your technicians' efficiency on the jobsite.
EnPak for Utilities
Like most companies utilizing truck-mounted equipment, Georgia Power has likely had its own headaches with Tier 4 engines. We feel one of the most innovative products to enter the truck equipment market in recent years is the Miller EnPak, which exists to address those headaches. EnPak provides a powerful solution to Tier 4 problems by allowing you to "turn off your truck, and turn on your EnPak" to power the truck's equipment. The result is an end to the lengthy idling necessary in PTO-driven equipment. While it initially found favor with field service mechanics trucks, the EnPak's applications extend to any truck-mounted equipment applcation, especially utilities. In the video here, you'll see a great rundown of EnPak's utility applications as well as some satisfied NFE customers using NFE-installed EnPaks in their utility work today.
Customized Utility Solutions
We often have customers come to us looking for something they haven't been able to find, and that's a challenge our team loves. We enjoy working with each customer to figure out exactly what their specific jobs calls for and then putting together the pieces to bring it to life. Below is an example of a unique and very customized utility truck we designed with and for a local utility as seen in the EnPak video above. This unit featured a Reading canopy body with lots of custom features as well as an EnPak and a custom hydraulic circuit for powering hydraulic tools.

We know that every customer does things a little differently, so we make every effort to talk to each of ours about their specific challenges. As a result, we've developed many customized work truck solutions to help our customers become safer and more proficient in their operations. But no matter how big or small the job is, we focus on the small things and make sure the fit and finish of each truck is up to our high standard for quality. We take great care in how our trucks are built -- the details matter, even if those details are in a spot the customer may never see. We take great pride in the quality of our builds because that is how we would want our own trucks done.
